This is a plain-language notice for the forms on this website. Have counsel review it before you treat it as a finished legal policy.

What you send

Speaking inquiries, contact messages, free-call requests, and guide downloads ask for your name and email. Most of them also ask for a phone number and details about your event, business, or situation.

How it is used

Submissions are stored so Rudy Perez Jr. and the Vantage team can reply. A copy is prepared for Support@vantagebusinessmastery.com. If a CRM webhook is configured, the same record is sent there. The free-call form saves your contact details at the first step, even if you never finish the questions or book a time.

What this site does not do

The site does not run advertising pixels. It does not sell the form contents. Calendar scheduling, when connected, is handled by the calendar provider you configure, under that provider’s own terms.
